Inside Sales Representative
Description:
MCN Healthcare has been a leading provider of regulatory compliance solutions and online learning resources for hospitals and healthcare organizations around the globe. The Sales Representative at MCN Healthcare helps insure that healthcare organizations and professionals around the world have access to and training on critical policies that positively impact the level of service.
Responsibilities:
• Successfully attain and maintain the prescribed weekly/monthly/annual sales quota, metrics and objectives
• Reach out to senior level target prospects via phone and email to identify situations where the MCN Healthcare product suite can solve business challenges
• Consultatively develop prospect’s interest in how we can help resolve their business issues
• Take prospects from initial contact through close of sale
• Capture results of sales efforts and document in the corporate CRM (salesforce.com)
• Communicate with and hand-off documented engagements to the appropriate team resource
• Provide customer feedback to management in order to continually improve and refine the success of the team
Experience:
• Quota in carrying inside sales quota
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding measurable goals in a highly automated metrics based phone sales environment
• Experience working with and an understanding of SaaS environments a plus
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills that translate well over the phone and in email
• Excellent organizational skills
• Sales affinity, including curiosity, competitiveness, customer care/win-win attitude
• Computer skills and aptitude; familiarity with Salesforce.com CRM and other sales automation tools, a plus
• College degree and/or equivalent experience
• Experience in healthcare quality, compliance/accreditation, policies and procedures, a plus
Travel: This position requires travel up to 50 days a year
Compensation: Base Salary plus commission; We have an excellent Benefits Package

Requirements:
• Minimum BSN degree
• Minimum 5 years acute care nursing experience
• Experience in developing, writing and editing healthcare plans, policies, procedures and forms
• Excellent writing skills and a capability of translating complex regulations into user-friendly policies and procedures
• Knowledgeable of interpretation of Joint Commission and federal regulations
• Ability to research evidence based care through literature, professional societies
• Performance improvement or accreditation experience a plus
• Computer literate
• Commitment to excellence
• Strong drive to succeed, results oriented
