MCN Healthcare Celebrates 30 Years!
May 2017 marks the 30th anniversary for MCN Healthcare (MCN). MCN began with two individuals (MCN founders) with a vision for a regulatory compliance consulting firm that led to the writing of policies and procedures for hospitals. We are now the leading provider of custom policy content, document management software, and compliance expertise for healthcare providers. Serving customers globally, MCN’s product suite is the most comprehensive compliance solution in the industry.
In an era when software companies come and go, MCN has achieved three decades of innovation and steady growth. Co-founders Amanda Valeur, President, and Pamela Gustafson-Kirkwood, Executive Vice President,  established MCN Healthcare to house and distribute its expanding library of policies and procedures. Seeing the rise of the internet in the early 1990s, MCN established Policy Library, an online subscription service that includes access to 75 policy and procedure manuals (18,000+ customizable policies and procedures).
