After the recent devastating disasters in Asia, MCN and many of its clients have donated to international relief organizations to help the victims of the cyclone in Myanmar and the earthquake in China.

Due to an increase in private giving along with that of foundations and corporations and an easing of restrictions on aid workers in Myanmar, groups such as Doctors Without Borders, The Red Cross and others have been able to dramatically increase their efforts to supply relief to victims of the recent disasters.

Giving to NGO's for China earthquake relief and Myanmar hurricane relief has increased in recent weeks. MCN is glad to have been able to play a small part in that effort last month by reaching out to its tens of thousands of client healthcare organizations worldwide to alert them of the great discrepancies in this years’ donations as reported in The Wall Street Journal.
