The working relationship of the two companies going forward will be one based on a co-referral agreement. Compass Group will recommend MCN's products to their consulting clients as appropriate to support operations as a follow-on to consulting engagements, and in turn MCN will recommend Compass Group as preeminent consultants in the field of healthcare compliance whenever MCN fields such requests. MCN will also refer its customer base to Compass Group when they need consulting services on top of the products they have already deployed from MCN. These MCN products range from e-learning systems and competency management programs to policy management systems.
