By combining a healthcare-specific learning management system with MCN's premiere training content, MCN Training Solutions leverages MCN's existing training documentation and offers a sound e-learning solution with courses for all levels of staff and training issues. MCN offers the courses in packages defined by specific function and type of expertise, such as 'JCAHO' or 'clinical skills.' With MCN's new business model for MCN Training Solutions, users can now access and take either one course or all 200 that are available. The organization pays a low cost one-time set-up fee. Most courses are available for one dollar per person or less.

Nearly every learning management system today has a technology platform, whereby users license the software and the training content separately. Other companies will sell their online content with a learning management system for one large fee. MCN Training Solutions combines the content of a trusted healthcare publisher and educator with its own e-learning platform, which is designed to meet basic learning management needs of healthcare organizations.

Users define their own comprehensive suite of solutions and may select one course, one library or a combination of courses that meet their needs from MCN's extensive library.
