All documents can be downloaded in Microsoft Word format, and customized for your own use. The online subscription provides access to the website for an entire year, and includes free updates to that manual during that year.

With this format you get an online subscription to the manual, plus a printed copy of the current version of all the policies and procedures. The printed comes in a binder with tabs, and will be shipped via your selected shipping method.
