Joint Commission Issues Follow-up Field Review on LTC Reinvention Proposed Core Requirements

The Joint Commission (TJC) is conducting a follow-up field review on proposed core requirements for their Reinvented Long Term Care Accreditation Program. Based on feedback from last summer's field review on these requirements TJC has identified additional requirements that they are now recommending for exclusion.
TJC is asking for comments through November 14, 2012.
